The semiconductor refrigerator includes a first insulating substrate, a second insulating substrate, and at least one semiconductor thermocouple disposed between the first insulating substrate and the second insulating substrate. The one or more culture vessels are disposed on a side of the first insulating substrate away from the second insulating substrate.
