abstract | The invention relates to a device for packaging a cosmetic composition (P) and applying it to the lips, comprising: on the one hand, a body forming a reservoir which is intended to contain the cosmetic composition (P) to be applied, and, on the other hand, an applicator comprising an applicator member defining a convex application surface having at least one apex; the body forming a reservoir comprising a housing capable of receiving the applicator member and of which a dividing wall with the reservoir has at least one through-orifice in direct fluid communication with the reservoir, said orifices being located only at at least one base of the housing opposite the vicinity of an apex of the applicator member when said applicator member is in place in the housing of the body forming a reservoir: the applicator member is made from an open-cell porous material; the applicator is configured so as to fix onto the container when not in use, the applicator member being received in the housing; the applicator making it possible to close the reservoir; the cosmetic composition (P) which is in the form of a liquid emulsion comprising water, at least one film-forming agent chosen from vinyl polymers comprising at least one carbosiloxane dendrimer-based unit; at least one polar non-volatile hydrocarbon-based oil; at least one non-volatile phenyl silicone oil, preferably without dimethicone fragment. The invention also relates to a composition in the form of a liquid emulsion comprising water; at least one film-forming agent chosen from vinyl polymers comprising at least one carbosiloxane dendrimer-based unit; from 5% to 15% by weight, of at least one polar non-volatile hydrocarbon-based oil; from 1% to 8% by weight, of at least one non-volatile phenyl silicone oil, preferably without dimethicone fragment, as well as a process for making up and/or caring for the lips, in which said cosmetic composition is applied to the lips, particularly by means of the device previously described. |
