abstract The disclosure provides a method for forming a core layer for at least one information carrying card, and resulting products. The method includes forming an inlay layout, and dispensing a crosslinkable polymer composition over the inlay layout and contacting the inlay layer so as to form the core layer of the information carrying card. The inlay layout includes at least one inlay layer coupled with a first thermoplastic layer. The first thermoplastic layer comprises a thermoplastic material, and defines at least one hole therein. The at least one inlay layer is disposed at least partially inside a respective hole.
