abstract | A process for improvement of the moisturization state of thestratum corneum of human skin epidermis includes at least one step a) of applying, to the surface of the skin to be treated, an effective amount of a composition for topical use including at least one cosmetically acceptable excipient and a composition C1 including 20-50% by weight of composition C2, which in turn includes from 3-25% by weight of a polyol of formula (I): HO—CH2-(CHOH)m-CH2-OH (I); (2)—from 25-45% by weight anhydrides of the polyol of formula (I); (3)—from 30-72% by weight of a composition CA represented by formula (II): HO—CH2-(CHOH)m-CH2-0-(G)x-H (II), (4) the remainder to 100% by weight being made up of water; and—(b)—from 50-80% by weight of at least one compound of formula (III): HO—[CH2-CH(OH)—CH2-O]p-H (III). |
