abstract | This invention relates to an ophthalmic lens comprising an optical article comprising a transparent substrate with a front main face and with a rear main face, at least one of the main faces being coated with an antireflective coating, characterized in that the number of layers of said antireflective coating is higher than or equal to 5, and the antireflective coating comprises:—at least one layer having a low refractive index which is <1.6, defined as “LI layer”,—at least one layer having a very high refractive index which is ≥2.2, defined as “VHI layer” and—at least one layer having a high refractive index which is ≥1.6 and <2.2, defined as “HI layer”, the HI layer being the layer which is the nearest from said substrate amongst said LI, HI and VHI layers, and such that the mean reflection factor in the near infrared (NIR) region RmNIR of said antireflective coating is higher than or equal to 40% at an angle of incidence lower than 35°. |
