An organic electroluminescence device includes an anode, an emitting layer and a cathode. The emitting layer includes a first compound and a second compound. The first compound is a delayed fluorescent compound. The second compound is a fluorescent compound. A solution of the second compound in toluene has an emission peak wavelength in a range from 430 nm to 480 nm. A molar absorbance coefficient of the second compound at an absorption peak closest to a long-wavelength side is in a range from 29,000 L/(mol·cm) to 1,000,000 L/(mol·cm). The second compound has a Stokes shift in a range from 1 nm to 20 nm. |
