titleOfInvention Miniature ltcc coupled stripline resonator filters for digital receivers
abstract LTCC coupled stripline resonator filters for use as bandpass filters are implemented with combline topology or with interdigital topology. The filter bandwidths range from about 0.3 GHz to about 4.5 GHz, or higher, depending of the manufacturing limitations with frequency operation of about 0.1 GHz to about 100 GHz. The filters have a plurality of through plated vias extending through the filters and connecting the top and bottom ground layers to form electric walls thereby reducing the coupling between the adjacent resonators.
