abstract A controlled pressure device includes a reactor housing element, a reactor, and a cosmetic liquid or cream. The reactor housing element is configured to at least partially define an at least substantially air-tight enclosed volume around a tissue site when fixed in space in relation to the tissue site. The reactor is positioned in the enclosed volume and is configured to react with a selected gas found in air. The reactor consumes the selected gas within the enclosed volume. The cosmetic liquid or cream is also located in the enclosed volume.
