Provided is an all-solid-state lithium battery capable of significantly reducing an increase in resistance during repeated use and thereby considerably improving the long-term reliability despite the use of a thick positive electrode plate composed of a sintered body. The all-solid-state lithium battery includes a self-supporting positive electrode plate composed of a sintered body containing a plurality of crystal grains composed of a positive-electrode active material and having a thickness of 20 μm or more, a solid electrolyte layer composed of a lithium-ion conductive material disposed on the positive electrode plate, a lithium-containing negative electrode layer disposed on the solid electrolyte layer, and a positive electrode current collector composed of metal foil having a thickness of from 5 μm to 30 μm, the positive electrode current collector being in unbound contact with the entire surface of a second side of the positive electrode plate remote from the solid electrolyte layer. |
