The present invention provides a flame retardant resin composition, a thermosetting resin composition, a composite metal substrate and a flame retardant electronic material, wherein the flame retardant composition comprises a sulfur-containing flame retardant, a phosphorus-containing flame retardant and/or a nitrogen-containing flame retardant, and a halogen-free epoxy resin. The synergistic effect of the sulfur-containing flame retardant, phosphorus-containing flame retardant and nitrogen-containing flame retardant in the flame retardant composition of the present invention makes the resultant copper-clad laminate have better heat resistance, water resistance, adhesion, mechanical properties and electrical properties, while having better flame retardancy. While having better flame retardancy, the pouring sealant prepared therefrom has the characteristics of short dry time, low viscosity, good thermal conductivity and good stability, and is a kind of environmentally friendly flame retardant composition having a great economy. |
