titleOfInvention Hydrophilic external gel formulation capable of enhancing skin permeability of tacrolimus
abstract The present invention relates to a formulation for external application to the skin containing tacrolimus, which is a poorly soluble drug used as a second therapeutic agent for atopic dermatitis and, more specifically, to a composition of a hydrophilic external gel formulation capable of enhancing skin permeability of tacrolimus, and a preparation method therefor. The hydrophilic external gel formulation loaded with tacrolimus of the present invention is in an easily preparable practical form with excellent moisturizing performance, and is excellent in spreadability and has improved drug delivery, skin permeability and skin residual capacity when applied to the skin, compared to conventional ointments, and thus can be usefully used for the treatment of atopic dermatitis and other immune diseases.
