abstract An edible topping composition which is pourable at refrigeration and room temperatures. The edible topping composition includes a coconut component (i.e., coconut oil, coconut cream, and/or coconut milk), fat, stabilizer, sweetener, and water. One or more optional ingredients can also be used (e.g., milk protein or soy protein, emulsifiers, thickeners, salt, phosphate salt, flavoring, coloring, preservatives, etc.). The edible topping composition is whippable and, in a whipped form, has a smooth, non-greasy texture and is free of waxy mouth feel.
