abstract A hydrogel and a method for manufacturing the same. The hydrogel, which can be freely used during treatment irrespective of the shape of a bone defect region, has a decomposition rate capable of being regulated in situ and can thus be rapidly decomposed over a certain time, i.e., after the completion of bone regeneration. Furthermore, a hydrogel membrane using the hydrogel which is applied to a bone defect region irrespective of the shape thereof, and a method for manufacturing the same.
