A method of manufacturing an organic light-emitting display apparatus includes forming an organic light-emitting device on a substrate; forming a first inorganic film covering the organic light-emitting device; forming a second inorganic film having hydrophilicity on the first inorganic film; forming an organic film on the second inorganic film; and forming a third inorganic film on the organic film.
