abstract Provided are an optical imaging apparatus for multi-depth image and an imaging system having the same, where an optical lens of a sample stage of an optical imaging apparatus is used as a liquid lens, so that it is possible to acquire an optical image such as a photoacoustic image, an optical coherence tomography image, or a fluorescent image while finely and speedily changing a depth, and it is possible to acquire optical images having various depths by only user's simple control.
