abstract A method and apparatus that produces formulated iodine enriched water for use with multiple applications. The iodine enriched water is transformed through humidification processes within a mobile device producing iodine enriched air within a room or establishment. A portable iodine container can be used to receive the iodine enriched water for use in disinfection applications to the atmosphere and surfaces and in nebulizing applications. The iodine enriched water can include vitamins and/or minerals, if desired.
