abstract A touch-sensor-equipped display device includes a touch sensor 10, a transparent substrate 1, an image-display body 2, an adhesive layer formed of a thermal adhesive film 5, and a resin layer 3. The touch sensor 10 includes a first conductive layer 12 A composed of a plurality of first electric conductors 13 A, a second conductive layer 12 B composed of a plurality of second electric conductors 13 B, and at least one support film 11. The plurality of first electric conductors 13 A extend in a different direction from a direction in which the plurality of second electric conductor 13 B extend. The thermal adhesive film 5 bonds the at least one support film 11 and the transparent substrate 1. The resin layer 3 is disposed between the touch sensor 10 and the image-display body 2 and is made of a photo-curable resin.
