The formulation can be combined with water or another suitable liquid to provide a beverage for ease of administration. The formulation can include one or more of an energy compound, a vasodilator, a vasodilator adjuvant, and an antioxidant enhancer. In a typical formulation the energy compound is D-ribose or guanosine. The formulation can improve energy and alertness, and reduce the effects of stress and fatigue.
