abstract |
The present disclosure provides a waste ink spittoon for a printhead service station. The spittoon defines a reservoir for a waste ink composition ejected from a printhead. The spittoon comprises a gelling agent for increasing the viscosity of the waste ink composition, whereby the gelling agent comprises a particulate mass of solid particles of the gelling agent. |
