A method of releasably securing a portable roll dispenser to a surface includes providing a tacky mat made from a tacky elastomeric polymer composition, wherein the mat has a first side and an opposite second side, and wherein the first side of the mat is smooth and at least a part of the second side is provided with a surface structure; and arranging the first side of the mat on the dispenser; wherein the surface structure includes at least one of at least one projection, a surface texture, and at least one recess. |
