More particularly, the present invention relates to gene silencing of Sugar-dependent 1 (JcSDP1) in Jatropha curcas . JcSDP1 encodes a patatin-domain triacylglyerol lipase. Silencing of JcSDP1 enhances seed oil accumulation in J. curcas. |
