A squash cultivar, designated squash line PN294, is disclosed. The invention relates to the seeds of squash line PN294, to the plants of squash line PN294 and to methods for producing a squash plant by crossing the squash line PN294 with itself or another squash cultivar. The invention further relates to methods for producing a squash plant containing in its genetic material one or more transgenes and to the transgenic squash plants and plant parts produced by those methods. This invention also relates to squash cultivars or breeding cultivars and plant parts derived from squash line PN294, to methods for producing other squash cultivars, lines or plant parts derived from squash line PN294 and to the squash plants, varieties, and their parts derived from the use of those methods. The invention further relates to hybrid squash seeds, plants, and plant parts produced by crossing squash line PN294 with another squash cultivar. |
