abstract |
Provided are a vibration power generator and a power source module. n The vibration power generator ( 100 ) includes a plurality of electrostatic induction generation devices ( 100 1 to 100 n ); and a power combiner, the power combiner combining a generated output from each of the electrostatic induction generation devices. Each of the electrostatic induction generation devices includes a fixed electrode; a movable electrode disposed opposite to the fixed electrode so as to be movable relatively with respect to the fixed electrode; and an electret disposed on a side of the movable electrode opposite to the fixed electrode or a side of the fixed electrode opposite to the movable electrode. |
