An aromatic amine derivative is represented by the following formula (1). In the formula (1), R 2 to R 5 , R 7 to R 9 and R 10 are each independently a hydrogen atom or a substituent. R 1 and R 6 in the formula (1) are each represented by the following formula (2), in which L 1 to L 3 are each independently, for instance, a single bond. Ar 1 in the formula (2) is a monovalent residue derived from a ring structure of the following formula (4), in which X is an oxygen atom or a sulfur atom and at least one of R 11 to R 18 is a substituted aryl group. Ar 1 in the formula (1) is, for instance, an aryl group or a monovalent residue derived from the ring structure of the formula (4). |
