abstract Adjustable balloon catheter including an inner tubular member having a proximal end portion, a distal end portion, an inflation lumen and a fluid lumen defined therein. An expandable member is coupled to the distal end portion and has an inner chamber defined therein in fluid communication with the inflation lumen, the expandable member transitionable between a deflated and inflated configuration. The expandable member further has an exterior surface, the exterior surface having at least one pore structure defined therein in fluid communication with the fluid lumen. An outer tubular member is movable relative to the inner tubular member, the outer tubular member, the outer tubular member being moveable between an extended position and a retracted position, the outer tubular member being selectively positioned between the extended position and the retracted position to define an exposed length of the working length of the expandable member.
