In an alternative embodiment, a laminate includes a film including a material permeable to organic solvents, a coating on the film, and an adhesive on a second surface of the film. The coating includes a material reactive with the film. In another embodiment, a method for reducing drag on a substrate includes applying a film on a substrate, and applying a coating on the film. The film includes a material permeable to organic solvents, and the coating includes a material reactive with the film.
