A portable device for treating fungal nail infections includes an irradiator configured to irradiate light of at least first and second types, and an attaching element configured to attach the radiator to a digit having a nail which is infected by a fungal infection, and to position the irradiator at a position suitable to irradiate at least part of the nail.
