abstract Systems, devices, and methods are described for neuromonitoring. In certain embodiments, a signal includes components of a neuromuscular response detected by a sensor attached to a muscle in communication with a nerve being monitored in connection with a surgical procedure. A first component of the neuromuscular response corresponding to a first time period and a second component of the neuromuscular response corresponding to the first time period are extracted from the output signal, wherein the first and second components are different. A first display device and a second display device are configured to display the first component and the second component, respectively, in a substantially simultaneous fashion during the surgical procedure.
