abstract A computer generated 3-D model of the human body (avatar) is created by aggregating personal health and medical data of a user. This data may include data derived from the user's electronic medical record. The user's physical characteristics are entered into the software to generate a personalized avatar that resembles him or her. Data regarding the user's medical history and physical characteristics are visualized on the avatar to map the past and present states of the user, and may be modified by a set of health variables for the purpose of projecting a future body image over established time intervals.
