Surface protecting film |
abstract |
The present invention provides a surface protecting film which can suppress rainbow unevenness attributed to itself, makes appearance inspection smooth, and is excellent in workability at the time of inspection of an optical member by a Crossed Nicols method by employing a surface protecting film having a specified degree of orientation in a specified width direction. The surface protecting film of the present invention has a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer on at least one surface of a substrate, the substrate is a polyester film and polyester film has a degree of orientation in the width direction of 1.5 m in a range of 75 to 90°. |
