The present invention provides an electroconductive polymer suspension solution and an electroconductive polymer material which has a high electroconductivity and in which the time-related deterioration of the electroconductivity is suppressed. Also, the present invention provides an electrolytic capacitor with a low ESR using the electroconductive polymer material as a solid electrolyte and a method for producing the same. n In the present invention, electroconductive polymer particles 1 in the electroconductive polymer material are bonded via organic dispersant 2 and cross-linker 3 to obtain a strong bond between electroconductive polymer particles 1. |
