abstract | The present invention provides a method for modulating an expression level of a gene encoding slow myosin in a subject in need thereof, comprising administering to said subject a pharmaceutically effective amount of a nuclear receptor interaction protein (NRIP) and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier. The present invention also provides a method for modulating an expression level of a gene encoding slow myosin in a subject in need thereof, comprising administering to said subject a pharmaceutically effective amount of an expression vector comprising a gene encoding a nuclear receptor interaction protein (NRIP) and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier. In a preferred embodiment, the expression vector is an adenoviral vector. |
