The structural formula of the polymer is general formula (I) as follows: wherein, x+y=1, 0<y≦0.5, n is an integer and 1<n≦100, R 1 is selected from C 1 to C 20 alkyl group, and R 2 and R 3 are selected from —H, C 1 to C 20 alkyl group, C 1 to C 20 alkoxyl group, alkyl-containing phenyl group, alkyl-containing fluorenyl group, or alkyl-containing carbazyl group. The polymer can be used for polymer solar cells and the like.
