abstract |
An object of the invention is to provide a resin composition that exhibits sufficient oxygen absorption performance within a relatively short period after being placed in the presence of oxygen, even without including an oxidation catalyst such as a transition metal catalyst, and that furthermore suppresses the generation of malodor associated with oxygen absorption. The object is attained by providing a resin composition comprising an oxygen absorbing resin composition dispersed within a matrix resin, characterized in that the oxygen absorbing resin composition comprises a cyclized product of a conjugated diene polymer and a saturated fatty acid having 18 to 44 carbon atoms. |
