abstract The present invention relates to a regenerated cellulosic fiber which contains an incorporated dye pigment and a fluorescent dye applied by overdying, the use of this fiber for the production of yarns and fabrics and a process for the production of these fibers. This fiber satisfies the demands of EN 471 in relation to luminance factor, the chromaticity coordinates and color fastness and possesses a light fastness (ISO 105-B02, process 2) of more than 5.
