abstract A device for detecting a substance of a fluid or the concentration of a substance of a fluid may include a carrier to which a resonator is applied, to which a chemically sensitive material for adsorption of a substance to be detected is applied. The adsorption of the substance increases the mass of the resonator. The concentration of the substance in the liquid can be determined by measuring the frequency change of the resonator.
