abstract In order to provide a method of testing lymph node metastasis in cervical cancer which can determine the presence of lymph node metastasis in cervical cancer with higher accuracy, the method includes acquiring information about mRNA expression level of at least one gene selected from the group consisting of SERPINB5, CK15, CK4, PI3, and ANXA8 contained in a measurement sample prepared from a lymph node tissue from a cervical cancer patient which may have cervical cancer metastasis; and determining whether cervical cancer has spread to the lymph node tissue based on the information about mRNA expression level acquired.
