abstract The invention is a nickel-iron alkaline storage battery used to process gaseous charged ionic emissions from a capacitor tuyere exhaust stream produced by an Electrolytic Diffusion Fuel Cell. The said ionic emissions are used in a Rapid Charge Transportation Battery pack of an electric vehicle to alleviate cathode electrode passivity during periods of heavy charging while the vehicle is in motion.
