The touch-sensing color filter substrate includes a substrate, a plurality of color filter films, a first electrode layer, and a second electrode layer. The substrate has an outer surface and an inner surface opposite to the outer surface. The color filter films are disposed on the inner surface. The first electrode layer is disposed between the substrate and the color filter films. The second electrode layer is disposed on the outer surface.
