abstract The present disclosure relates to a lithium-ion battery pack. The lithium-ion battery pack comprises a plurality of battery units electrically connected with each other. The battery unit includes a positive electrode, a negative electrode, a separator, an electrolyte solution, and an external encapsulating shell. The separator is disposed between the positive electrode and the negative electrode. The positive electrode, the negative electrode, the separator, and the electrolyte solution are encapsulated in the external encapsulating shell. The positive electrode defines at least one first through-hole. The negative electrode defines at least one second through-hole. The at least one second through-holes corresponds to the at least one first through-hole.
