abstract |
The present invention relates to the use of highly branched polymers or oligomeric compounds prepared by condensing melamine (derivatives) and/or urea (derivatives) with diamines or polyamines for reducing or preventing the corrosion of corrosion-threatened materials. The invention further relates to a method for reducing, retarding or preventing the corrosion of corrsion-threatened materials, in which the materials and/or the corrosive medium to which the materials are exposed are or is contacted with at least one of these highly branched polymers and/or oligomers, and to an anti-corrosion composition which comprises these highly branched polymers and/or oligomers and also an anticorrosion pigment. |
