In particular, the invention relates to compounds according to formula I; or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, solvate, hydrate or prodrug derivative thereof, as pure stereoisomers, mixture of isomers, in enol form or tautomeric form. These compounds have utility in, for example, anti-cancer treatments.
