abstract |
A method of measuring an enzyme activity, which comprises the steps of:n (1) introducing a sample containing an enzyme to be measured into a column packed with a packing material comprising a water-insoluble support and an antibody which is immobilized onto the support and which recognizes the enzyme to be measured, to thereby capture the enzyme with the antibody; (2) introducing a substrate for the enzyme into the column to react the enzyme captured by the antibody with the substrate; and (3) detecting a product obtained by the reaction. nn The above method allows the rapid measurement of an enzyme activity with good reaction efficiency. |
