[Problems] To provide an antagonist of a melanin-concentrating hormone receptor, which is useful as a medicine for a central nervous system disease, a cardiovascular disease or a metabolic disease. n [Means for Solving Problems] The antagonist comprises, as an active ingredient, a compound represented by the formula (I) n n n n n n n n n n wherein R 1a and R 1b independently represent a hydrogen atom or a C 1-6 alkyl group; R 2a , R 2b , R 3a and R 3b independently represent a hydrogen atom, a C 1-6 alkyl group, or the like; Y represents H or —OH; Z represents —OR 8 , or the like; R 8 represents a hydrogen atom, a C 1-6 alkyl group which may have a substituent, or the like; R 9a and R 9b independently represent a hydrogen atom, a C 1-6 alkyl group, or the like; Ar 1 represents an aromatic carbon ring group, or an aromatic heteroring group; Ar 2 represents a group produced by removing two hydrogen atoms from an aromatic carbon ring, or the like; and the ring group A represents an unsaturated heteroring group. |
