abstract A stent assembly includes a first stent having a first plurality of struts defining a first cellular pattern and a second stent having a second plurality of struts defining a second cellular pattern. The first and second cellular patterns may be different. In one example, the first plurality of struts may be disposed within one or more first range of angles and the second plurality of struts may be disposed within one or more second range of angles, where the one or more first range of angles and the one or more second range of angles may be mutually exclusive ranges. In other examples, the first and second cellular patterns may be mirrored or have a different periodicity.
