abstract |
The invention relates to the use of CD Id-independent NKT cells, for the preparation of a pharmaceutical composition for treating a tumor in a patient. Said CD1d-independent NKT cells may be obtained by (a) culturing a population of T cells under conditions which suppress TGFβ signalling pathway, and (b) selecting the cells which exhibit at least one NK marker. |
