A computer system for administering an intelligent subrogation transaction includes a processor and a memory in communication with the processor. The processor may be configured to prompt a user for data regarding a new subrogation transaction, store received data, access from the memory data related to existing subrogation transactions, perform subrogation related calculations including application of one or more predictive and regulatory business rules; provide an output signal comprising data indicative of a response based on a result of the application of the business rules; receive user instructions for preparation of a communication including data indicative of the response, and provide the prepared communication. |
