abstract The present invention relates to a multi-channel microbioreactor. More specifically, the present invention relates to a multi-channel microbioreactor having a number of wells in which an optical sensing membrane comprising a fluorescent dye and a bioconjugate, or a sensor material including a biomolecule conjugated to a fluorescent dye and a bioconjugate is formed. The multi-channel microbioreactor according to the present invention can be used for an in-situ optical detection of dissolved oxygen, carbon dioxide, pH, monosaccharides, polysaccharides, organic acids, alcohols, cholesterol, choline and xanthine, etc.
