Composition comprising lactic acid bacterium having high anti-allergic activity, and method for production of the lactic acid bacterium |
abstract |
It is to provide a lactic acid bacterium having a high antiallergic activity and stable antiallergic activity that can be used effectively in various product forms and in various use applications. By conducting a heat treatment at 60 C. or more and less than 100° C. for 10 minutes or more and less than 60 minutes to Lactobacillus paracasei KW3110 strain or its mutant strain, the antiallergic activity of the lactic acid bacterium can be significantly increased to produce Lactobacillus paracasei KW3110 strain and its mutant strain having a stable antiallergic activity and high antiallergic activity. According to the present invention, an antiallergic composition comprising a lactic acid bacterial cell which antiallergic activity of the lactic acid bacterial cell has been significantly increased by the heat treatment of the present invention, or having a stable high antiallergic activity can be provided. |
