abstract Methods for the detection or quantification of antibodies against H. meleagridis. Such methods generally comprise providing a surface with immobilized antibodies against H. meleagridis and H. meleagridis antigens immobilized on said antibodies, and/or with isolated H. meleagridis antigens, contacting a sample which potentially comprises antibodies against H. meleagridis, and detecting binding events of the antibodies of the sample onto the surface. Compositions and kits used in performing such methods are also contemplated.
